307 Technologies started in Douglas in 2015, serving businesses in our own community. It has grown into a full-service technology provider supporting organizations across Wyoming and the surrounding region — without giving up the thing that made it work in the first place, which is answering the phone.

Today we manage thousands of endpoints across business and government environments throughout the state. Our clients include small and mid-sized businesses, municipalities, and government agencies — environments where the network isn't a convenience but the thing the operation runs on, and where an outage has a per-hour cost somebody can quote you exactly.

That client mix shapes how we work. Public-sector environments bring procurement rules, records retention, and assessors who will eventually ask to see the design. Documentation isn't paperwork in that world — it's the difference between passing a review and explaining yourself.

Our work spans the whole stack: servers, storage, networking, wireless, virtualization, Microsoft 365 and Azure, VoIP, cybersecurity, intrusion prevention and detection, and backup and disaster recovery. That range matters because the problems that cost the most rarely stay inside one category. A voice quality complaint turns out to be a QoS design issue. A slow application turns out to be storage.

We also build software, which is unusual for an integrator our size. Custom applications, database design, workflow automation, and integration between systems that don't talk to each other — the work that starts when a process has outgrown a spreadsheet and no vendor sells the thing you actually need. The people building it already understand the network it runs on.

Certifications

Partner ecosystem

Our engineers maintain certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, HPE, Dell Technologies, Ubiquiti, and Amazon Web Services. That means tested competence and a direct support escalation path when something breaks at 2 AM — not a logo on a website.

Ongoing investment in training keeps that current across cloud, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems — which matters in a field where a certification earned five years ago describes a product that has since been replaced twice.

How we operate

What you can expect

  • Designed for your operation, not a template

Every environment has constraints that don't appear on a product datasheet — shift patterns, remote sites, compliance obligations, a budget cycle. We design against those rather than around them.

  • Documentation you actually own

As-builts, IP schemes, and credentials handed over in a form your team can use. We don't hold environments hostage, and public-sector clients need it on file regardless.

  • Local, with real response commitments

Remote and on-site support across Wyoming, 24/7 infrastructure monitoring, and optional emergency support contracts with response targets written into the agreement.

  • Honest scope

If your existing hardware is fine, we'll tell you. If a project needs a specialist we're not, we'll say that too. It's a shorter path to a long relationship than the alternative.
